Conference Agenda Overview

The programme is structured to reflect the evolving priorities of the GCC space and security ecosystem, combining strategic dialogue, investment perspectives, and technology-focused discussions across two days.

Day 1 will focus on government leadership and the investment landscape. It opens with a high-level overview of the GCC space sector, followed by a panel on national space programmes and strategies across the region. Discussions will then turn to financing, with investors and sovereign funds examining how capital is being deployed to support the growth of the GCC space sector. Day 2 will shift toward Earth observation, dual-use technologies, and regional security applications. The programme opens with a fireside chat assessing the GCC’s position as an emerging space power, followed by a dedicated panel on Earth observation and its role in government and security use cases across the region.
