First of all, we want to thank our incredible contributors who made this publication possible: Technology Innovation Institute (TII), University of Sharjah, Khalifa University, U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi, French Embassy in Abu Dhabi, The Scottish Government, Space42, Marlan Space, Orbitworks, Orbital, LC60 AI, GAEL Systems, D-Orbit, Dyson Laboratories, Aspire Space, KPMG, Bird & Bird and many more.

The magazine features 14 exclusive interviews and 4 expert articles from leading professionals shaping the UAE’s space sector.

SpaceTech in Gulf also built a database of 247 organizations—both local and international—connected to the UAE space industry. The scope was deliberately broad, encompassing government bodies, private and public companies, investors, and academic institutions. Each organization was categorized by industry to ensure a clear and accurate representation of the ecosystem.

Among them, 128 local entities (52%) reflect the UAE’s robust domestic participation and long-term commitment to building a sustainable national space economy. At the same time, 119 international organizations—primarily from the EU, US, and Asia—play a crucial role in the UAE’s space landscape, underscoring the nation’s growing global engagement and collaborative strength.

The resulting database includes 42 government bodies, 162 private and public companies, 15 investors, and 28 institutions in research and education, organized across 10 industry categories: Investor, SATCOM, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Consulting, Software Platforms, Education & Research, Government, EO & Geospatial Surveying, and Other/N/A.

“This edition reflects the UAE’s transformation into a regional hub for space innovation, investment, and international collaboration,” said Alex Cresniov, CEO of SpaceTech in Gulf.

Within the UAE, most local space-related organizations are concentrated in Abu Dhabi (82), followed by Dubai (37), Sharjah (5), Ras Al Khaimah (1), Fujairah (1), and other (2)—illustrating the capital’s leading role as the country’s main hub for space activity and investment.

All entries were compiled exclusively from open-source information, reflecting SpaceTech in Gulf’s commitment to accessibility, transparency, and visibility as guiding principles of this work.
